The impressive facility has an urban look, combining brushed metal, polished concrete and a variety of natural finishes. The new Kinesis Studio offers a new and exciting way of exercising which encourages your body to move freely and naturally. The Kinesis technology enables resistance to gravity in a tri-dimensional space, concentrating on the key elements of balance and flexibility. With an infinite variety of exercises and movements available, Kinesis programmes can be quickly tailored to individual needs and requirements.
The Fitness Studio offers a holistic approach to physical well-being, with a range of classes and programmes available in a visually stimulating environment. Mood lighting from electric blue to amber adjusts according to the time of day and external weather conditions. Studio classes include circuit training, stretching, pilates and yoga.
The gym features some of the latest Technogym equipment, including the revolutionary CardioWave machine and the unique Key System which stores your individual fitness programmes and workout history on your own personal key.
Guests at One Spa can also experience Escape at One its unique top floor facilities including a 19m infinity swimming pool, rejuvenating Thermal Suite with a series of heat treatments inspired by the ancient Celts and Romans to cleanse the body and soothe aching muscles, as well as the iconic rooftop Hydropool.
